Facilities Coordinator - Ј28K+Benefits
Reporting to Senior FM
Manage facilities and related contracts in order to ensure the continuous operation of North Pole and Manchester International depots in the most cost effective and safe manner. Prepare specifications, evaluate tenders and carry out audit surveillance of contractors.
Professional qualifications leading to full membership of BIFM (British Institute of Facilities Management) or equivalent required. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Facilities* Contract management. Should have a proven track record in general*project
